if i take the paid hosting then will the high resource usage problem will finish?

hey there i have just joned this site 2 days ago, i was working on my sites backup , but suddenly my account was suspended , because of high amount of resource usage , but i didnt understand why this happened ? so i was wondering if i take the paid hosting then will the account that is suspended through high resource will not occur the same problem.?

the limits on resource usage won't be lifted but the limits will be made so big that you won't be able to cross it easily.

On Premium hosting there's no automatic suspension, should you for any reason end up over limits you'd be informed by staff about that before any action is made (unless it is very extreme and cause trouble for the over all server performance).

The limits are set higher on premium hosting.

how we can decrease the resource usage ? how can we find what is causing high resource?so that this problem will not cause again.is there any SOFTWARE in the cpannel needed to be install to see how much resource we are using of that particular server ?

As far as I know there is no way of monitoring server usage on your side. If you go over the limit you'll get suspended temporarily*, so you'll know then.

*after around 5 warnings you might get permanently suspended or require a member of staff to unsuspend you

There's never a permanent suspension. On warning 3 you'd need staff to unsuspend though. Warnings do expire after a while and start back on 1.

I took a look in the logs, appears whatever you did with phpMyAdmin at the time did cause the resource usage to go high, in this case CPU usage, to a point where it was actually using one full core and then some.

If you were backing up a large database, I suggest doing it in parts with a few tables in each.

i have heard that installing too many plugins and themes causes high usage of resources . is that true?

Depends what the plugins do.

Also, themes shouldn't affect anything.

AAAhhh my account is been suspended again while restoring my websites database , what should i do? btw i can see all of my 400 post in my websites dashboard but when i try to view them in my website all of them shows 404 error
