Inactivity Suspension

Dear support,

on July 17 I noticed my account has been suspended for inactivity. I have requested for this suspension to be relieved on that same day, and have visited the forums - as requested in my inactivity suspension - multiple times since then.
However, my suspension has not been relieved yet. The action status has been "Process wait" for days now, and I am beginning to wonder wether the "immediate" unsuspension is going to take place at all.
Would you please look into it?

Hello Hellsheep,

thanks! Everything seems to be in working order, except for the account panel (x10hosting.com/control) showing a 'suspended' message.

Hello dotcid,

Ignore the account panel suspended message, once our system is back up and running fully you will be able to unsuspend yourself.

Since your issue is resolved i am going to close this ticket. If you have any more issues please post again.
