My subdomain (http://upy844.x10.mx) is up and working, but when I try to log into my account, I get an error message:

Halt! Who goes there?
Your Internet connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse.
Please get in touch with us if this is a mistake.
You may use the help messenger at the bottom-right of your screen.

There is no help messenger at the bottom-right of my screen, so I have no idea how to get in touch with "us". The message says nothing about what kind of abuse, but a couple weeks ago, there was something about hostile attacks.

Under those circumstances, does anyone know, specifically, with whom I am to get in touch and how?

I had this error too yesterday but I was able to solve it. I didn't notice that I had a VPN software turned on because I visited some well-known social network before. When I disabled the VPN software, the error message didn't pop up but instead another error...
That being said, the error you mentioned is probably caused by using a VPN service.

Hi,

This message is shown when you are connecting from a connection that has previously been used to violate our Terms of Service. It looks like you are connecting from a public network connection. Is it possible for you to connect from a normal internet connection? If not, I can make an exception for the IP address you are currently posting from.

Thank you,

I've been on vacation for the last 3 weeks, so yes, I've been using public WiFi. Mostly, I've been at McDonalds or Taco Bell. I'll be home, tomorrow, and I'll try logging on from home. I'll post the outcome on this thread, either way. Thanks.

I can get in from home. Thanks, Dead-I, for the tip.

Thinking of future trips, would a library WiFi be considered hostile territory?

It all depends on if someone else on that library wifi has done something bad while connected to it.

Same goes for all public wifi spots, they are not blocked for being public spots, they are blocked because someone used them to access and did something wrong (violating tos for instance)

Hi natesgam,

Sorry about that; please could you try again now? You should now be able to signup/login from that IP address. :)

Thank you,
