Yes, I have the second PHP version
but when i goto the page http://www.rune4u.x10hosting.com/community/install/index.php it is still white. Can anybody help me?

Its a 403. CHMOD the directory and all the files to 777

PS: Always go back to the directory to see the error

PSS: Is this IPB legit? you don't seem to have many users to have bought a $149.99 license for IPB

How do I CMOD them? Also, yes it is. I bought it about two months ago and I just now started this site.

Okay, i fiqured out how to but, now I cannot connect via FTP. It says the web server cannot be found.

Used the Cpanel one, and changed the CMOD to 777. Didnt help.

No it's not a 403, it's a blacklist. And a CHMOD to 777 wil only give 500 forbidden errors since it isn't allowed. The highest allowed CHMOD is 755.
