Why free hosting account site is restricted to use more languages?
Shall I need to moderate if any one replies in forums (in my website) other languages that are not in TOS?

Free hosting sites have language restrictions in place so the periodic TOS compliance reviews can take place. These ensure there is no illegal activities, or other activities that break the TOS, going on, and contributed towards a more positive hosting experience.

You can use any language, as long as there are an english/spanish/french translation. Google translated is allowed

if a few of the viewers would reply in their/your language that would be fine, we won't require you to translate them, as long as they are in minority.

However if there would be more posts in another language then in one of the allowed, you'd need to translate them

I think adding a link to a google translation on every page is good, but a staff should back that up.

Shall I keep some learning materials (ppts embedded) in my mother tongue (that is not translated to English by Google)?
My site is only Educational site, and everyone know it will never break TOS.
