1. You are allowed 300 core-seconds per hour on Free Hosting before a temporary High Resource Usage freeze goes into effect. As well, there is a 30-second limit on script execution time, so if you're hung up waiting for database responses or mail, your script(s) may be terminated before they're finished running.

2. There is a limit of 100 emails/hour (subject to change, so keep an eye on announcements and periodically check the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy). If you need to send newsletters and so forth, you should probably look at a service like MailChimp.com. For high levels of transactional email, consider services as well, like MailChimp's Mandrill.

3. Apart from the 2-database limit and the script execution time limit (and remember that your database queries will be queuing with other users on your server) there are no hard limits on MySQL.

Sorry but I don't understand very well.
For example:
My site is work with Joomla. The panel of Joomla has 100 icons in admin panel. If i go to other page of admin panel I see another 100 icons. If I put to other pages of admin panel I see another 100 icons.
1. Are you have any limit for that?
2. Any limit per click?
3. Explain please the limit cpu. I don't understand it. What is 300 core-seconds/hour?

300 core-seconds per hour means that you have the equivalent of a single-core (x86-type) CPU operating at 1.8GHz for 300 seconds (5 minutes) each hour. If you try to operate a site/script that makes very large, computationally-expensive use of the server, you can completely use your allotment up with only 10 page views per hour. Thankfully, most web pages/scripts are not nearly that intensive. On the other hand, Joomla (and other content management systems, or CMSs) is "fat"; it does an awful lot more processing and database querying than a custom-designed site that does the same thing would, so if you have a high user base or a lot of dwell time (users spend a lot of time on your site) and short pages (users open many pages rather than reading longer pages for a longer time), you can run into the limits pretty quickly.

Images have nothing to do with CPU limits, and there is no limit (as such) on bandwidth. However, 100 HTTP requests for anything on a web page is way too much. If you're talking about one image that is displayed 100 times, that's not bad, but 100 different images is guaranteed to provide very poor performance.

Clicks have nothing to do with anything; what matters is what's happening on the server.

I don't know; I can't see the code behind the site. It doesn't matter what the page looks like in the browser; what matters is what it's doing on the server.

From the TOS:

3. Languages
At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

So, any site on a Free Hosting account cannot be entirely in Greek. Any page in Greek will have to have a full, manual (ie, not just a link to Google Translate) translation into English, Spanish, or French on the site.

No, a manual (human) translation is required. That was already explained by @descalzo, above.

Software updates break things, and you won't be the only user on your server. If you can't work with the installed version, you can't ask for other people's sites to be potentially broken just to accommodate you.

That would NOT constitute as a translation made by a human... So no, that would not be ok.

Hello,

Google Translate's service is done automatically by a machine. This is not allowed.

We require a person, such as yourself, to manually translate the webpage.

Thank you,

Manual, human translation, would mean that YOU have to write two versions of the site, one in the language you want (greek if I understand it right) and the other in English, Spanish or French.

The greek version must at all times have a link easy to find and accessible without being logged in to the version that is in a supported language.

No. A real person must write the actual translation. :)

Thank you,

If you have:
pageInGreek.html:

Δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιούν τη συσκευή. Πρέπει να έχετε μια πραγματική σελίδα του μεταφρασμένου περιεχομένου.

You must also have:
pageInEnglish.html:

You are not allowed to use the gadget. You must have an actual page of translated content.

Please log in into the portal and request the deletion from there, under account settings there's a link to delete the account. You would of course need to do that for each account.
