Also you should note that the hosting (cpanel) account madness is not associated with the forum account you are currently logged in with. It is associated with the forum account "sudden_madness", you should use that for all your support requests. Also that is the forum account you need to login with to keep the account active.

If I use the name willem:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If I use the name madness:

The forum account password supplied is invalid, you must supply a valid password for the username provided.

The problem of the panel started after entering the Confirmation Code! Before you can confirm this code you'll need to login, and I've used the name "madness" with that!

The forum account you need to login with is sudden_madness

If you do not remember the password for that forum account you should have a link saying "forgot password" or something similar which will allow you to get a new password for the forum account.

I know the password voor madness, but it didn't work with sudden_madness. When I use "forgot my password" for madness, I get this for willem!

To avoid further problems, I created a new "website". With this new name my website was online within seconds.

Yes, I need no further support with the name "madness" or sudden_madness. Both names are not accessible for me.
