My account got suspended for nulled scripts

My account has been suspended for use of nulled scripts...:happysad:
I'm building forum for my class and use vBSEO null :tear:
I do not know x10Hosting's terms of service do not allow for null script:dunno:
In my forum, I keep some important documents for my class,I cann't lose it :rant2:,I forget bakup data
If i cant get this resolved we will be moving off x10hosting to our own Unix apache server
I am willing to remove the new files is nulled scripts.
I just took some file for class and some php code

Please help me :bowdown:

It is rather clear in the TOS that it is not allowed.

No Warez! Absolutely under no circumstances do we allow any type of illegal or copyrighted material on our servers. Breaking this rule will get you a permanent suspension, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding this.

A nulled script is a copyrighted script that you need a license for which has made available for free with copyright protection removed, which is illegal.

We have zero tolerance on this, your account will NOT be unsuspended under any circumstances.
