my account suspended and removed for a Terms violation

Well, you didn't do it on purpose so hopefully a staff member would lift the suspension.
EDIT: To be honest, if you go on holiday or just go somewhere for a month or something, then this is quite unfair, maybe they should increase the number of days of inactivity before they suspend an account.

After 30 days an account is suspended. 21 days after that, the account is terminated. I think that's more than fair.

We recently underwent server migrations, which involved moving all accounts to new servers. Your account was terminated for inactivity. However, due to a glitch in our backend system during the migrations, it appears to have been terminated after 9 days of suspension rather than the normal 21 days.
I am very sorry that this has happened, and I am more than happy to restore any files you need if you create a new account.
If you need me to restore any of your files from our backups, please create a new account and tell me what the username is.
I should note that this is an exception to our normal rule of not restoring terminated accounts. Normally we do not restore terminated account. I'm making an exception here purely because the account was terminated prematurely due to an error on our part.

I have a account with x10hosting with username and as per your suggestion I tried creating a new domain name. But unfortunately I get this message every time I sign up with a new domain name:
Message 1:
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account. Your account may have been:Removed for inactivity; orSuspended and removed for aTermsviolation; orRequested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

Now I try creating a new domain name eg. pconcall.xhosts.com ...... I get this next message.......

What is your ISP?, seems interesting that your ISP got disallowed when it wasn't before.
Largest?, no doubt.
Someone maybe could've abused the service while your account was terminated under the Telstra ISP, I'm just assuming here.
Maybe a staff member knows why this was blocked...

We block by ASN's for ISP blocks. I can make an exception for it, though.
Just out of curiosity, does this blocking only apply to the register?
