I was not hosting any "wares" or "roms" on my site. Do you consider wii/ds homebrew "wares"? I think my account should be unsuspended since I did not upload any wares or nuled scripts to it and everything I uploaded is legal.

EDIT: this was the code you gave me: 9FC7AAD186F6

You weren't suspended for warez or roms, you were suspended for 'Nulled scripts.'. This could mean the CMS/forum/blog software you were using, for example.

ohh well the forums i bought are IPS and i got the blog, download center, & gallery. Do the modifications that people make count as "nulled scripts"? because i went to a site that had a whole bunch or mods for ip board and i got some like a "custom page module" and "custom sidebar module". So is that what it means by nulled scripts?

Nulled usually means the part of the script (eg. IPB) that checks if it has a valid registration code has been disabled. I am unable to verify this so you'll have to wait for someone who can to check it.

We have a zero tolerance policy against this and your account is pending termination.

Even though you may not have those nulled script, the homebrew would still be illegal

I stand corrected, I was reading to fast...

Homebrewed didn't refer to the custom code as I mistakenly thought, it referenced to other content.
