My Domain is Available

Hello Support,

i am trying to access my CP , but it is not working and when i open my site i find that "The Domain Is available" can you help me please ?

It is a requirement at x10 that you log in to the forums once a month to keep your account active.

Please note that after 10 days of suspension, your account will be automaticlly terminated.

If you have not checked on your site for a while, it is possible that this happened to you and your account was automatically deleted, hence the domain being available.

If you have been inactive for more then 24 consecutive days, it is likely your account has been terminated. To check for sure what has happened we'd need your cPanel nick, there's none linked with your forum account at the moment.

I could not find the domain hassanwesf.exofire.net in our system at this time.

so is there any solution to even get my files and the DB?

If it is terminated Then there is no chance of getting the files and DB....

you have no account linked to your account, which most likely means it already been deleted.

What was your cPanel username?

Once your account is deleted, there is no way of recovering any files, databases, emails or anything you have stored in your webdisk.

No you can not get any data. It's a requirement to regularly login to the forums (here) to keep your account active.

The time frame was recently changed to once every 31 days (used to be once every 14 days).
