My SQL Server VOX is down

Dear Support, My free hosting SQL server is down. I received every time this message.

[mysql error 2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) Can't connect to server

please help when it will be Up and functional ?

Can I ask one more question, connected with My SQL problems?
The Cpanel says now that my SQL database is empty though it wasn't before. Will it return to normal when the problems are fxed or does it mean that all data is lost forever?

Yes, your data will return once MySQL is back online. It is still there now, it's just that cPanel can't access it while the MySQL Daemon is offline.
