MySQL chatscript - Membership upgradation

Hi my account was currently suspended..www.rmkalumni.x10.mx because of using chat script in my site.. please tell me way to enable my account and i want to recover my database.. i ll change to prime membership.. please enable my account and tel me way to retrive my account..

Prime doesn't allow chatscripts either, but Illuminated and Premium do. If you want to upgrade to either of them, buy it and post a support ticket in the client area.

You only need to post a ticket about it if you go Premium, don't forget to include your current cpanel username in that ticket.

Illuminated is tied in with your forum account so we know which hosting account to move, therefor no additional ticket is needed, while with Premium it is a completely separate system.

In home page premium hosting shows $3.95/mo but while i click order it shows $6.95/mo why is it so?? and provide link for $3.95/mo plan.. and i need to upgrade and recover my hosting account.. thank you..

To get the lower price you actually need to sign up, and pay, for 3 years at one go.

The longer period you order for, the better price you get.
