need help in changing login email to x10 control panel. confirmation link is rejected.

i tried to change the email (for login and contact) that i use in x10. able to get the confirmation and
click the link but is it not allowing me. the error message is; "We are not currently accepting new users from your country. Access denied."
i have an active account now, not registering a new one.

please give instructions...
