I've had enough of the waiting without good explanations, supposedly over 15 people and 30 hours of work can not figure out what is wrong. I'm going to backup all the accounts and wipe the server out. As of this message please do not make any changes to your accounts, I'm pressuring them to do the wipe tonight.

For some reason the full backup missed 170 or so accounts, I'm going through manually and backing them up now. I hate cPanel
