Password is not valid !

Hi, My hosting account was suspended on 29th Oct. Before i send the unsuspension request, i need to login to my cPanel to handle the issue that caused suspension. But apparently i can not log in to cPanel. My username is 'shaleenm' . It says login or password not correct. I changed the password but event the new one does not help to log in. Need your assistance.

Unsuspend your account, and then try to log in. The suspension may block your login.

It is a requirement at x10 that you log in to the forums once a month to keep your account active. You should be able to unsuspend yourself in the account panel (http://www.x10hosting.com/login.php), provided this is not your third suspension, in which case an account manager will have to manually unsuspend you.

A suspended account means access to cPanel is blocked, along with ftp, mail and web access.

You need to unsuspend your account from your account panel first (http://x10hosting.com/panel.php)
