Whether Indonesia is still blacklisted?, I just want my free hosting account back. I never violated TOS, my account suspended for not logging into the account portal for several weeks. I can login into a account portal, but I can not find my website. Please x10hosting Admin and Staff, I want my free hosting account back. Sorry my bad english, Thanks.

An account that has been deleted for inactivity, which by the sounds your have been can not be retrieved, all data would be completely removed from the servers.

Indonesia is currently blacklisted. A list of countries that are whitelisted is available at http://community.x10hosting.com/threads/country-restrictions.166022/
Keep an eye on that, at some point in the future the list might updated to contain Indonesia, but there would be no way to tell when, or even if, it would happen before hand.

Because a too large percentage of the users in past have abused the service, either by violating any US laws (we operate in US, so US laws apply to content on servers), or just not following the ToS.
When the number of abusive accounts by far outnumber the legit ones, it is just not possible to provide service for free as it does cost to clean up after the abuse (making sure our servers are not blacklisted anywhere for instance, sometimes this comes with a fee as well, sometimes it is just time consuming)

The block does not apply to our premium hosting, unless there's a US trade embargo making it illegal for us to do business with a certain country, which is not the case as far as I know with Indonesia.
