I'm not sure that I like the way this thread is heading, so I'll close off things here.
@bholdswo: At a glance, I can't see anything obvious that would indicate you were breaking the Terms of Service.
I'd also like to clarify here that bdistler isn't an x10Hosting staff member, and the proper procedure for accounts that do break the Terms of Service would be for an account to be suspended, and when we can (i.e. US law isn't being broken, etc.) we're happy to give second-chances if the account owner fixes the problem.
