if it does i will fix it
IF the Admins or their bots find you account to be outside of the TOS it will be suspended - you will not have the ability to 'fix' it

I suppose being nice is not a requirement of being a Bot. Just walk softly and carry a big stick.

Little people thrive on undeserved power.
the Admins at x10hosting are not "Little people" - and they have the "power" to delete our accounts at any time

Hi,

I'm not sure that I like the way this thread is heading, so I'll close off things here.

@bholdswo: At a glance, I can't see anything obvious that would indicate you were breaking the Terms of Service. ;)

I'd also like to clarify here that bdistler isn't an x10Hosting staff member, and the proper procedure for accounts that do break the Terms of Service would be for an account to be suspended, and when we can (i.e. US law isn't being broken, etc.) we're happy to give second-chances if the account owner fixes the problem.

I'll lock this thread for now, but if anyone has any further questions, please make a new thread; we're happy to answer any questions on this. :)

Thank you,
