One quick question. This does not look correct that if two person are logging in different hosting account from same machine then both will get suspended.

There are scenario that two people in the family may have different hosting accounts but they may be sharing same PC.

How do we handle these kind of situation as my understanding is that if two real persons have two different hosting account, it should not have problem.

If you can justify the reason for the separate accounts, such as the reason above. Then we can make an exception for you.

I think there need to be an advisor system! I saw this at another host. Ppl that are willing to help can join and then the one who needs help can see on things the user can (like php: 1, html:8) and ask for help. When both accept it the user that need help account automaticly backups. Then the person who gives the help gain access for a time to his account. Or it can be the person who needs help that set up himself on a list. Or both.
