Problems After Migration

Hi my website at http://tilaarmyhotspot.tk/social is still showing for wordpress

Error establishing a database connection

Plus I check my sql database and I get this
Error from sql query: #42000: Unknown database 'armynetw_wp498'Failed to use armynetw_wp498: #42000: Unknown database 'army and

any file or plugin added after April 20th is now gone from file manager.

Hi. This is all set. I restored your files and your databases. I changed your mysql password on the wp498 database to what the password is in the wp-config.php file for that blog.

Let me know if you need clarification.

Database error came back. Looks like my SQL is offline
"The MySQL server is currently offline."

Error while connecting to MySQL: Couldn't connect to /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock: connect: Connection refused
