Queue Wait

Approximately how long does the queue wait last? Because I've been waiting for about and hour and a half; still nothing received via email and no message on the screen. Am I doing something wrong or is it just me feeling impatient? I'm trying to start this soon so I can have my forums all set by tonight, so if anyone can give approximations I would be very grateful.

I had my suspicions, but I was not quite sure if they were linked since yesterday I didn't see on the status page about reigstration being interrupted. However, it makes perfect sense. Thanks for the information!

Still though, I have one last question. Are the queues just being stalled? For instance, will the queue be cleared or will the queue resume where it has been stalled? My best bet is the last one, but I am unsure of how x10 works and you guys seem to know far more than myself.
