Hi, I tried to log in to my panel today (username: trejopma) and was redirected to this forum. Please advise on what I need to do to reactivate my account and be able to log into my control panel. Thanks!

My control panel account username is trejopma, my forum account username is rmadrazo. I know for a fact I've been active in the past 41 days. How do I get back in? Thanks in advance.

I tried logging in here

http://x10hosting.com/login.php

with the trejopma account and the system won't let me. I'm somewhat confused as to the differentiation between forum account and hosting account... am I missing something? Please help! I really need to log in to my panel.

It is possible that your trejopma forum account and your hosting account have different passwords.

To get a new password for the forum account, log out from the current one and go here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/login.php?do=lostpw

(e-mail is the same as for the hosting account)
