Thanks for your honesty by asking first, but no, sorry, we do not allow people to bypass the restrictions in this way. We do check accounts to ensure that they do not attempt to bypass our restrictions in this way, by tracking amongst other things, the IP addresses and location used for editing the site.

I'm afraid not. The country restrictions are determined in this way because we have previously had a significant amount of abuse come from different countries. We try to review the restrictions when we can, however.
