The only record I found of an account with the name elec1cel was a termination report. The account were terminated on July 21st after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.

Yes I haven't used it in quite a while. So what do i need to do to get a new one linked?

Be sure to log in to the forums a minimum of once every two weeks so your account doesn't get suspended and terminated for inactivity again.
