It doesn't let you give more than 10 rep in 24 hours so that it stops people just giving out random rep to everyone I suppose. After 24 hours it will let you give out more rep

wierd, i have 40 rep point that is rep power 6 ($nick is a glorious beacon of light.), but when i view my rep name it says "Mitch is a name known to all." (41-45 rep points). I only have 40 rep points.
