Sorry to repost but previous rhread was closed..
Spoke too soon I checked ozfranchiseinsider.com both with the www and without both lead to the directory.
Tried to install wordpress through Fantastico and got a couple of error messages and it planted it into the original domain name and would not allow the option of just putting it in the new domain name. I am starting to get very frustrated and just want to get a clean reset to my account and start again, I realise people are saying delete the account and re register but I want to get use of the payments maade for add free and double storage and not pay again for someting I have not had use of. Please can one of the admins reset the account, remove any links to www.globalnetmarketingreview.com and set it up with www.ozfranchiseinsider.com....... PLEEEEAAASSEEEE

You should try this all yourself first and if it doesn't work, then you have a problem an admin needs to help you with.

To restore your account to a "like new" state:
1) Delete anything and everything inside of the /home/gnmrms/public_html folder. Do not delete the folder itself. Do not delete anything in the /home/gnmrms/ folder.
2) Delete any add on/sub/parked domains in CPanel from the appropriate tool
3) Delete any databases (make backups first if you need them) from MySQL databases tool

Now, setting your account back up
1) Make sure that ozfranchiseinsider.com is your domain set in your account panel (http://x10hosting.com/panel.php)
2) If Softalicious or Fantastico fail (there may be a problem with them) just download Wordpress from their site and follow their instructions. If you have any issue at all, post here so we can help you.

I don't see anything wrong with your account at all. The only problem is Wordpress isn't installed and your domains are set up backwards.

Thats what I did before but still the main domain changed in account manager did not flow into Cpanel. That is why I am begging one of the admin managers to reset it with the domain change...

What do you mean by it did not flow into cPanel? Please try and explain that further.

I changed the main account in account Manager to the new one but the Cpanel only displays the old one a a domain name with no reference to the new domain.

I'm showing your domain is correct. You're saying that the status bar on the left of the CPanel window has incorrect information?

You can try changing your domain to something at x10hosting then changing it back to what you want. Go to your account panel at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php then change your account information. Change your domain to something like gnmrms.x10hosting.com then wait for the change to go through. Then, change it back to your domain. Hopefully this will cause the system to update.
