Neither tickets nor the scripting issue has changed so far.

Sorry. I was moving my sister and her roommate out of their place today, so i couldn't follow up.

Dunno what's up with tickets.. I'll look into it more.

As for the license for Softaculous.. I just have to bug Corey about it.

It is still like this. I can't make backups or anything. The software is running ok, but if it crashes I won't have backups.
I also don't seem to have the full range of software under Softaculus that I had previously.
Will this be getting fixed soon?

Yes, this will be fixed as soon as possible. Since the recent Illuminated IP migration, Softaculous doesn't seem to have licensed properly to the new IP address. Softaculous automatically defaults back to a smaller range of software. We'll get this sorted out as soon as possible. :)

Please Neil, as I really want to make backups, and install something else from the extended list of Softaculous. Thanks for all of your help!

The script issue should be resolved.. I'm not sure what's wrong if it's not...

Nope, nothing has been fixed. I can't submit tickets, and I still see:

Also, some one of my users can access the website....?
It seems to be getting worse... not to mention what I said about cPanel not logging me in first time.
