Shell execution, SSH access, Remote SQL available for Premium users?

Hi everyone,

Just to make it clear I am willing to take a Premium Account but I must confirm if the above three features are provided by x10hosting Premium.
Shell execution (to execute php functions like exec() and passthru())
SSH access (so that I can connect via Putty)
Remote SQL (to connect to the database via MySQL frontend tools like Navicat or SQLYog)

I am pretty sure none of the above are available as a free account but are they available to the Premium accounts?

Shell Access and SSH are the same thing in that list
there are some things you can not due or change on the server do to the 'sandbox' (jailed) for your account

Shell Access and SSH aren't the same thing. @lonewolfs.glory is asking about shell_exec() and exec() and passthru(), which are enabled on premium, but are locked down to your user directory by cagefs.
