Part of the deal -- an actual requirement under the Terms of Service -- is that you log into the SSO portal at least once every 30 days. It's the way you "pay your bill" here (and there is always the option to actually pay a bill instead if spending 20 seconds a month logging in is too great an imposition). You hadn't logged in since August 20 (at the latest). It's five months now, so you're at least four months late; you don't get to blame this on anybody else. If you had kept your account in good standing, the country restrictions wouldn't apply to you.
