Just use common sense, do you think any of those are breaking ToS? If you said "no, they're fine", then you are right :)

What was the bad part ? u need to make ur site safe for people that visit. did u know Timeworld is a registered trademark are you that company just curious cool name for watches lol but not sure what ur site is about really it looks new . did u just start it ?
i would wait until ur site is not blacklisted before u post links. even if u fixed it people that use safe browser or apps to warn of malicious sites will get a warning that the site is unsafe and the less people get that warning the better. they might never come back ..
hope u can get off the list , if u have any kind of login forms or registration forms or anything that people need to put their info in, u need to have security.
hackers take advantage of those forms and steal people's info or add bad code that infects ur site. they can hijack that to send spam or phishing.
good luck

ur site has ...

That link you gave takes information from other sources.
Two blacklist the site. The rest show it as clean. Majority say clean.
But the site you linked sells 'cleanup' services. So it is in their interest if they label a site Blacklisted if even one service blacklists it.
I would suggest interne3 contact the two services that list his site and have them recheck his site.
He should avoid paying anybody to "clean" his site and refuse to give any access to his account to anybody.

--- EDIT/ADD: Just checked again and only one service (McAfee) now has it blacklisted. Guess 7-1 votes for clean isn't good enough when you business is selling "clean up" services.

u don't have to buy to scan

it sucks that it's a domino effect as all these companies share the same information. it takes time for the warnings to disappear if he did clean his site. that is why i advised to not post links to his site because warnings can be triggered by apps from these vendors that they installed in their browser. unfortunately even if the file or page has been removed this affects the entire domain. even after removing the damaging files and links to those files the alert affects the domain not just the page file or link

looks like BitDefender marked it as a malware site. that means they detected malware . u need to look thru all your files and remove anything suspicious. malware can hide inside javascript files someone can upload it to ur site via insecure forms as i mentioned above. if ur company is important to u and also the reputation, u should use ssl if u plan on having users and also collect their info. remember the site owner is the responsible party in case of a law suit or legal action .
u need to provide a means for people to contact u other than having them needing to register. a privacy policy link needs to be visible to anyone visiting. if you own the copyright for ur name it does not appear in the registry for copyright . http://www.copyright.gov u can't take a name if it does not belong to u unless you get a license .

here is some more info that will guide you http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/law/tmlaw.pdf an owner of a trademark can go after someone using a similar name. all of this of course depends on how famous u get and if what u offer is detrimental to their image. try using original names not related to anything that already exists. using names related to other things can be misleading.

for example, there is a game company that has a game called Time World, are users going to think ur forum is related to that game ? if they are then that is misleading if it has nothing to do with the game. u need to have a disclaimer . this forum is about such and such and has nothing to do with any other game or company by the same or similar name.
that will help avoid legal issues. not to get rid of them it just helps to be upfront in case u have to prove in a court that ur forum or site was not trying to pretend to be related to something else.

once u come up with an original name you should copyright it or file a trademark so no one can steal it from u or use it without ur permission.

There's a ton of bad information being thrown around in this thread. Just because something's being marked as "malware" doesn't mean that there's anything bad on it.

The chances that his small site has been XHS'd is very slim, and it's just not even a possibility.

He does not have to register his name as copyright -- DMCA protects any digital medium as copywritten. I'm self employed, and run a business without being registered -- copyrighting isn't necessary for something like this.
