looks like BitDefender marked it as a malware site. that means they detected malware . u need to look thru all your files and remove anything suspicious. malware can hide inside javascript files someone can upload it to ur site via insecure forms as i mentioned above. if ur company is important to u and also the reputation, u should use ssl if u plan on having users and also collect their info. remember the site owner is the responsible party in case of a law suit or legal action .
u need to provide a means for people to contact u other than having them needing to register. a privacy policy link needs to be visible to anyone visiting. if you own the copyright for ur name it does not appear in the registry for copyright .
http://www.copyright.gov u can't take a name if it does not belong to u unless you get a license .
here is some more info that will guide you
http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/law/tmlaw.pdf an owner of a trademark can go after someone using a similar name. all of this of course depends on how famous u get and if what u offer is detrimental to their image. try using original names not related to anything that already exists. using names related to other things can be misleading.
for example, there is a game company that has a game called Time World, are users going to think ur forum is related to that game ? if they are then that is misleading if it has nothing to do with the game. u need to have a disclaimer . this forum is about such and such and has nothing to do with any other game or company by the same or similar name.
that will help avoid legal issues. not to get rid of them it just helps to be upfront in case u have to prove in a court that ur forum or site was not trying to pretend to be related to something else.
once u come up with an original name you should copyright it or file a trademark so no one can steal it from u or use it without ur permission.
