SORRY for double posting, but I cannot (or don't know how to) delete one. *Edited by Livewire: It happens when the forums have a hiccup, I erased the duplicate, no worries :)

Today, when I've tried to login to my free X10 account I've received this message:

There is a problem with your request
You are signing in from a country that is different from where your account signed up. Your sign-in is from Spain while your account was registered from United Kingdom

If you believe this decision is a mistake please get in touch on our or email support@x10hosting.com. When contacting us via email, please send from your account's contact address, copy the text shown above, and if applicable, include your IP address.

I signed up from the UK, because I was spending some days over there when I created my account, but I actually live in Spain.

Curiously enough I've been logging into my account, using my username, since I returned from the UK without any issues, until today.

Please, tell me what should I do to clarify this issue.

Thank you.

Best regards.

Hi there!

I'm a bit worried about my account could get suspended. May some X10 admin take a look at my issue, and tell how should I proceed, please?

Thank you.

Best regards.

Hello again.

I know free hosting doesn't have priority support, but after six days waiting for an answer I'm starting to think that I may have posted my problem in the wrong section or something. Can some moderator please confirm if I've done some something wrong? If so, which steps should I take to solve my issue?

Thank you.

Best regards.

I'm escalating this to higher staff, since requests for a permanent location change are quite unusual. :)
