Status of account

I know that I haven't been here in the forums or using my account at x10hosting for quite awhile now. Last time I was here I unsuspend my account. Is it possible that although I can still access the forum that my account at x10hosting is still active or already deleted? I tried logging in it says "The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account."

To answer your question, yes, the forum account remains active even if the hosting account gets terminated.

Yes I did. Although, I don't really know what is the status of that account, I've decided to sign up for a new account because I haven't found any another free hosting like x10hosting. Maybe I'll just have to do a little more work on it. May I know what is the status of that account. Has it been deleted already?

We will need to know your old cpanel name in order to check the status of your old account.

Do you remember it? It would be 8 letters long.
