Subdomain Problem

When I go to create a subdomain, the subdomain does not show up under the cPanel Subdomain listing and it shows that I have 0 Subdomains used, but when I go to my hosting control panel it shows the subdomains and when I go to install software using cPanels software installers the subdomains show up but it can't install, I get this message:

The installation can not be completed:

- This cpanel version does not support subdomain path detection, please contact your host.

What is the subdomain i'm going to try removing it from our records.

There are 2:

forums.aniradio.elementfx.com
discussion.aniradio.elementfx.com

I created the second one to see if there was a problem with the first but got all the same problems.

Both these does show up in your cPanel now when I check.

There was a problem with domains on your server, which should now have been sorted, if you do not wish to have them you should now be able to remove them from cPanel. The account panel sometimes is a bit behind in updating the information, but should sync with cPanel to reflect changes over the next couple days.
