Suspension for high-usage?

My site the same has been suspended, I have tried to unblock it{him} not after a while it{him} have again suspended. On a site the partner shop of visitors in day nearby 200 is located, any cron did not use. Who can prompt the reason пристановки jobs of a site? If I shall know the reason that I shall try to correct all.:dunno:

Well, I can log back into my x10 panel now.

But my site is still suspended, and I had to re-submit an un-suspension thingy.

Just got unsuspended.

Site is now working, (thank you x10).

I got my last two high usage suspensions in about half an hour. I didn't do a lot really either. Using Wordpress, I posted a new entry and upgraded a file. It's unfortunate that the three strike rule has been implemented right now. I don't have any problem implementing it in the future, when we have a better idea of how everything is going to integrate, but it sure seems like a lot of people are getting suspended for high resource usage unfairly.

I´m also suspended!!
I really can´t get why!
I have free ads account since almost two years, and it´s the first time I get a suspension for "high usage"... I mean, the inactivity suspension, I have really often, becouse I forget things easy, but this is the first time I get this suspension.
I have a wordpress blog (not very visited in the last late, for my regret T^T), and a SMF forum whit two "mods". The forum have only 15 users, and very few post. No chat and anything like that (even I hade very times in the past, not now) and barely have 14 visits and 34 page viewed....

Here is my account suspension warning. Ah! one more thing. Why does it says that is the third warning!? I´ve only had inactivity suspensions!!!!! T^T

Please Note : The staff are getting flooded with Support tickets during the server upgrade work, which is being done to provide for x10's long-term future.

• Read the forum for help & avoid submitting a ticket unless you really have to.
• Please be patient & wait - they will get to you eventually. Don't "bump" your Support ticket, because that will put it to the back of the queue again.
• Corey has warned that people submitting frivolous, rude or multiple tickets may get banned from the Support system.
• Unfortunately, because of the ticket spamming, there has been need in the past to close all tickets - both the frivolous and the important ones. Therefore it is important to regularly check the status of your ticket, & if necessary re-open it if it gets closed.

I too was suspended, shortly after loading a news story for my weekly updates. Any multimedia on the website is already there, and the only activity on the date of shutdown was my upload of approximately 7 pages at around 25K total... oh, and a 600x500 picture JPG

I got Suspended too.
I was uploading via FTP a Word Document that is less 512kb
I got a first warning and just un-suspended myself. Then it happened again and now I'm stuck with me account suspended because of a glitch. Please un-suspend me!

I had the same problem. My site is based on PHP. I don't have a forum or a ftp site. All that have is a 5 page site and a submit email page.
I submitted a ticket to have on record that I did because it looks ike you have 3 chances to go over the limit before they cancel your account. I have just 1.73 mb of bandwidth traffic. 1 sql database. 1 parked domain. So I don't understand.

We don't cancel your account on the 3rd strike, it just needs to be manually unsuspended by a staff member.

Okay today my account was suspended for high usage.

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

Now, if someone could tell me how exactly this is possible: I have only 1 webpage availablle to the public, it is a short php page that just gets user information and submits it to a mysql database, super basic stuff. now heres the catch, i am the only one to ever view the site, i havnt told anyone about it yet, i was using it for design testing and php testing. so evidently me viewing my own page and editing the files was enough to be too much usage? what kind of bull**** is that!?

I totally agree! today same happened to me, i have 50 visitors a week, so don't visit my web page anyone, it might overload the server!!!

I believe if your website serves static pages and/or simple php(ie php without any loops or access to resource intensive stuff like MYSQL) then you should be fine.

My site uses a basic php script that reads in a file(usually very short) and then just echos it out into a template, and as far as i can put a load on it, i don't get suspended.

I also had my account suspended for high usage (I submitted a support ticket for it). I was just using the file manager in c-panel when my account got suspended. I was not doing anything in particular requiring high processing power.

Although I fully support the idea to limit the usage, I suggest that the limit is reasonable set. I also suggest to incorporate a usage meter so that one knows how much resources his processes are using.

I have temporarily disabled my site as I have already been suspended twice and don't want it the third time.

Now my site only displays a maintainance going on page...consisting of a few lines of html, I have done this just to check whether I am getting suspended for using high resources for just displaying this page. :eek4:

My site will come back when everything comes back to normal... :lockd:
