I understood the last couple of times that one of my plugins was leading to higher-than-normal activity, and I stopped using that plugin. Now, I updated Wordpress and a single plugin and it says I'm suspended. This is getting a little ridiculous. Any help will be nice. I will be applying for unsuspension again, or see how my finances are going and buy a membership if this crap continues.

Sadly, with the latest updates made available for wordpress, it seem the automated update are triggering the resource usage suspension.

I took a quick look at the logs, and for the most they are just above the limit (which is 25% CPU), but well within the limits for Prime and Illuminated. However there was also a couple notes that would be over the limits for Prime (it was at 74%), but if it was only that short burst it should probably go unnoticed on the two options mentioned.

You can read more about Prime Membership at: http://x10hosting.com/prime-membership
The specs (domains, databases etc) are the same as Illuminated and can be seen here: http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison

The main difference between Prime and Illuminated is that Illuminated is on a separate server, with only other Illuminated accounts.

There is of course also the Premium option: http://x10premium.com
While there are resource limits there as well, you'd get a warning before any suspension, unless it is a case of really extreme resource usage.

Sadly, Wordpress is a CPU hog. Another possibility (if money is a concern) is to try different blogging software. Many can be installed via Softaculous or Fantistico in your site's cPanel.

Thanks for the replies. I basically started using Wordpress because I heard it was very easy to use and update etc. If this continues, I may just sink the money into getting a premium membership or one of those, because I enjoy having my own website and the ability to manage it to the amount that x10 allows. I'll keep an eye on the usages that wordpress wants, and if worse comes to worse, I'll figure something out. Thanks again.
