JK - Staff will get to it in there own time and once they have nothing else to do.

If you do apply too many times (about 2, 3 or more) then you risk being warned or possibly banned - I think but I'm sure its considered spamming.

Just what makes me nervous is the setup of my site itself: my domain relies on the server's IP address, so as to retain all my eNom services. If my account is moved, my domain falls flat, and I won't be able to get into cPanel to get the new IP. After that, there's resolving issues... yadda, yadda, yadda... I'm paranoid, can't you see?

If you're pointed at the x10 nameservers (ns1.x10hosting.com or whatever it is), you'll be fine when moving, with only a few hours possible downtime.

If you're pointed with A records at the IP, you'd need to manually do it when you find out you've been moved.

The reason behind my A-Record redirect is to retain all of eNom's features: namely, CNAME and MX records for use with Google Apps for Your Domain, none of which are editable at x10Hosting. The DNS goes down sometimes, too, when nothing elses does, and it all comes out the same.
