I have downloaded chatzila for firefox and when I type in irc.x10hosting.com or irc://irc.x10hosting.com or ir://x10hosting.com (I have tried everything.) It comes up with some type of error for each one. Does anybody know how I can connect?

And howcome other moderators such as TechAsh and kkenny have a '%' sign by their name.

You might as well remove DNS, because that port won't respond to ping requests. Other than that, well done .

DNS does respond, it's just that it isn't always online.

I thought that port was closed to ping requests, because it doesn't need to respond to ping requests. I must've read that on some other site somewhere, but I swear it was on x10...I dunno.

Been busy again, writing a MySQL database class in PHP. I've got as far as making it add rows, currently adding a function to edit rows. It obviously connects and disconnects properly too. It's not finished, but it's a start.

In unrelated news, you lucky people are getting a couple of weeks without me because I'm going to be sunbathing in Spain, 4-5 hours flying time away from the UK as from tomorrow . Anyone else going on holiday some place nice on holiday this year?
