Trouble logging in

I have had trouble logging into the Account Panel. I can log in to the forum and support site but every time I go into this page to http://x10hosting.com/login.php to login, it gives me the following error:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy.

If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again.

I have reset my password twice but same thing happened.

Please help.

Hello what is your cpanel username and queue ID?

My CPanel login ID might be either "herbalking" or "herbalki".

Sorry I don't know what is the QueueID.

To be honest, I have never been able to upload any files onto my website since I joined the account as I tried to use the FTP instructions on your website but none of them worked.

Please help.

I did find an hosting account with the name herbalki, however that account were terminated on august 26th, due to being suspended for more then 10 days.

Would it be possible to reactivate my account or do I have to create a new account?

Hello, you are required to create a new account as we do not keep backups of terminated accounts.
