I'm trying to add a new domain under services page. There comes an error to refresh and try again if i include the domain with "http://", and there comes another error saying that there is an issue with the word ".com" if i add without it.

Please let me know what can be done.

did you read the "Rules for domain names" and follow the instructions ?
(sometimes people overlook this)

also note you are only allowed 1 free hosting account now.
more than 1 will trigger a multiple account block.

I dont think that my new domain name bypass the rules. If so, can you give me the link where all the points are there.

i believe when it asks for the domain name you do not use http or https.
for example you just use - domain.com you can not use - me.domain.com

Rules for domain names:
Must not include partially or fully the domain name of another website (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Must not imitate a service or institution (bank, tech support, email provider, etc.)

Must have at least one period (.) (eg example.com)Can only contain numbers, letters, dashes (-), and periods (.)
Subdomains cannot start or end with dashes (eg -.x10.mx or a-.x10.mx)Subdomains cannot be less than two or greater than 50 characters long (eg a.x10.mx)
Cannot contain sequencial dashes (eg example a--b.x10.mx)

Note:
free accounts are only allowed 1 hosting account but 2 domain names (1 + the default domain)
this is in case you purchase your own domain name, you are allowed to use it instead of the free domain provided.
premium services allow more domain names.

Hi, I have a similar problem.

If I try to create a new domain it says:

I have a free account (no multi-account) with 2 domains. You said:

...free accounts are only allowed 1 hosting account but 2 domain names...

But I would say there were 3 free domains when I created the account back in 2019. Isn't it 3? now only 2? In fact if I hover over the green button "ADD NEW" it says "2/3". I don't think have a problem with the domain name, I would like it to be "lasmatessonfaciles.com" or similar.

Thank you for your time and help.

I had this yesterday; seems to be a Chrome issue, worked fine in Edge. Others have cleared cache

Hi.

I added domain lasmatessonfaciles.com and/or lasmatessonfaciles.x10host.com but I don't see any page when I access to it. It says "This site can't be reached". Do I have to wait some time? Do we need to add ".x10host.com" or is it okay just with ".com"?

Thank you.

When adding a domain do not use any http www or any other protocool. Use just domainname.com

If you are getting blocked by adding a domain via your services page : https://x10hosting.com/panel/services this is due to attempting to use a word that is blocked. You are being notified before this block is occurring.

please tell me to block words list.
No we do not give that information. When you attempt to add a domain you are prompt for using a badword. Do not attempt to go around this or you will keep getting blocked.
