Unable to add the domain name

When I try to register my domain, I get the following error: Unable to add the domain name − Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.
It has been over 24 hours since I pointed the DNS servers. I checked here and my domain is in fact pointed to x10's dns servers.
How can I resolve this issue?

There's no hosting account attached to the forum account you are posting, the request needs to come from the proper forum account (applies to all types of support questions).

If you do not know what forum account is attached to the hosting you can see information, and if you wish change the linked forum account, if you login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account as well as give you an option to switch to another existing forum account.

I'm seeing no account linked to Donavon, and a base account but no hosting account linked to nflnati2. Which forum account did you link your hosting account with?

This is my account. The linked account is using the email donwadedeck@gmail.com
I have clicked support and typed in my forum username and pass to link, but i guess its not working.
anyways, im still having trouble parking the domain

Donovan is still NOT linked with any hosting account, this is possibly due to a bug, admins with access to that part is alerted and has acknowledged that they will take a look so it might be sorted by now, although that has not been confirmed from admins.
The email you provided does however associate with an hosting account, which have the forum account playins2 attached (same pass as you use for the portal should work). So if linking still does not work, please use the already attached forum account for your support requests.
