I want to update my website as I have added new video and images. But It's doesn't allow me to log in to remote server as there is error?

That mentions the whole server status and not your particular account. Admins has to take care of it

Oh ok, it need to be done ASAP because I need it for my school coursework. Do you know when it will be done?

Hello, if you go into cPanel and scroll half way down roughly, you will see something called "Frontpage Extensions" you must click that button and install front page extensions. This is why it's not working when you try to connect via Frontpage.
