I want to update my website as I have added new video and images. But It's doesn't allow me to log in to remote server as there is error?

Are telling that you cannot login to Cpanel. Then try changing your password from account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

Well I have just found out that my 'Server Load' has a problem status when I view Server status via cPanelX. What can I do?

That mentions the whole server status and not your particular account. Admins has to take care of it

Hello, if you go into cPanel and scroll half way down roughly, you will see something called "Frontpage Extensions" you must click that button and install front page extensions. This is why it's not working when you try to connect via Frontpage.
