Unable to switch to cPanel.. shows "1"

Can an admin fix the self switcher? My friend is having the same issue.

I was having the very same problem, and now it seems I cannot access my account at all, getting this:

I've forcefully changed your account to the x3 theme, as I have no ETA on when the self-switcher will be fixed.

Nope? Maybe this account is linked to my other website which does have x3. I am wanting to change endlesssurvival.x10.mx to the x3 layout. Is there anything else you need?

I have switched the theme for that account, for the record the forum account associated with that one is endles10, so for any future requests regarding that account you'll need to use that forum account.

Indeed, I am still getting the following screen after the "loading" screen:

Are you on a network that restricts outbound TCP access to port 2803? This is commonly the cause of the issue. You can confirm this if you're able to ping the name xo1.x10hosting.com, able to access http://xo1.x10hosting.com, but unable to access https://xo1.x10hosting.com:2083.
