There were 2 - 3 weeks of restoration period, and a couple of days ago a notification in the Announcements forum was posted. The only option now is to create a new account.

tried creating a new account.When modified the primary domain name got the error below:

Please get the old account deleted to sort the conflict on a high priority basis or look into the error and resolve it.

The new account is with info@franchisefws.com and the primary domain that needs to be is franchisefws.com

please assist as my site is down since a long time now.

Old account can't be restored as you pointed out.New account giving the error as above.

Can the old account be simply deleted manually so that the primary domain can be used in the new account to override the conflict at the earliest.

Precious time is being lost here,please deal with it urgently.

Have you tried to log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php to see your status? I see an active hosting account attached to your forum account and it was created on the 15th. This appears to be solved. Please post back if you can't access your accounts.

1. You have your DNS servers for your domain set to dns4.answerable.com etc and they point to the wrong IP, 69.175.6.94 (since ns1.x10hosting.com relies on them for info, they point incorrectly too)

When your domain gets attached to your account, the IP will be 69.175.104.34

2. Folks, he wants franchisefws.com on his account. Not franchisefws.x10.mx as it is now.
