yesterday my partner wrote some messages for you about our site that it was suspended from x10hosting team.
I have to say at the first time i read TOS of Free hosting i saw the Note about illegal files.

The team examines the computer viruses and internet threats and Ways to prevent the penetration of computer viruses.
The team pays to existing holes of windows and how to blocking this holes.
Files related to "Win7 Crack" are for training and if you test them, Understand they Do not work Correctly.
If you See the corners of our Site, You will see "Threats evaluation Center" and "AVIRA Alerts Panel" that is a reason for my talk.
This site is training site. Our motto that is also inserted in the header of site is "Learn How to Protect Your System"
We encourage users to use antivirus, also encourage to use the legal and original products.
in Iran No Copyright law and we want to acquaint the People with this law, But This work is very difficult.
we dedicate the orginal license of Antivirus & Antispywares to our users.
Our activities at "Security & Safety Center" is to international law. We Have not a Warez Site, we have a learning site.
We Are a partner of Security Company as "ESET", "Kaspersky", "Avira", "Drweb", "BitDefender"& "Norman".
We have Contact by Microsoft.

- Warez
- Copyright Infringement
- Phishing sites
- Severe misuse of server resources (Proxies, Rapidleech, TorrentFlux, etc.)

- Unsupported language (any language except English, Spanish, & French without a translation)

Software cracking and cracks are illegal in the US. As the service is US based, US law are applied.

The ToS clearlyy states that Warez are not allowed.

Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

We don't really care about the iranian laws, x10hosting is in the US.

"I only put it up temporary for testing" is not an excuse, it doesn't matter if it works or not either, fact is it is illegal by US law to have them available for the public.

Yesterdays unsuspention was an error in the system. It wasn't intentional.

x10hosting has got the right, actually. Try suing!

I'm not sure you're actually listening to what is being said, under NO circumstances will your account be unsuspended. If you didn't keep backups of your own site, that is not x10's problem, it is yours alone. Also, x10 is not legally required to give you your files back and it definitely isn't part of copyright law; so don't accuse someone of breaking a law you clearly don't understand yourself.
Your account will be terminated in 14 days.

The Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up and the Acceptable Use Policy disallows you from posting warez, cracks, etc.
Also, x10hosting reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, for any reason. As this is covered under Zero Tolerance, you will not get your files back nor will you be unsuspended.

You broke copyright law, and now you are using that to get your files back? Wow. I would love to see that stand up on court.
x10hosting is an American based company, and follows American Laws.
