Few days ago i already submit a support ticket regarding same. Do i need to submit again new ticket? Hope Corey or other official x10 guys reading about my problem.

You do not need to create a new ticket over and over again. Support is pretty backlogged, as a lot of the issues can't be solved until the server maintenance is fully completed. Please be patient and bare with us for the next few days, hopefully we'll have more information for you then.
