Upload files Enabled : Failed

Sir,
My Exponent Content Management System is showing that Upload Files Enabled : Failed
while checking requirements. I checked with sanity check and it is showing that Php uploads is disabled by administrator.
Could u please help me reagrding this so that i can make my website easliy

Yeah i knw uploads are enabled but in my CMS (Exponent Content Managament System) while checking requirements it show that i cant upload more PHP files. U can check it out this by trying http://himanshuarora.co.cc
then go new installation and it will check for system requirements then it show error as Upload files Enabled: Failed.
Please do the needfull as earliest as possible
