webserver account deactived.. :(

My webserver account appears to have been suspended, probably due to innaction on my part as I've been away.

Please can it be re-actived, I'd like to use it to continue development of my website ideas.

Your account has been suspended for inactivity.

It is a requirement at x10 that you log in to the forums once a month to keep your account active. You should be able to unsuspend yourself in the account panel (http://www.x10hosting.com/login.php), provided this is not your third suspension, in which case an account manager will have to manually unsuspend you.

jules7: How long have you been away for? After an extended period, it may have been terminated. As I can not see a hosting account attached to your forum username, there's either a system fault or your account has been terminated. In case of the latter, this is non-recoverable.

to find out if it has been deleted (and when) we'd need to know what your cPanel name was.

if your cPanel username is jules7, then it has been terminated on oct, 10 for being suspended for more than 10 days

If you would like another x10Hosting account, you can sign up at the x10Hosting home page. Be sure to properly link your hosting and forum account together.

If you are unable to log in to the forums at least once every 31 days to avoid inactivity suspension, you can pay only $3 to not have to log in to the forums for an entire year. I have a page on my website that gives instructions on how to do so:

During what step are you receiving that error message? I don't ever recall having to claim an email address during the sign-up process.

I was seeing that message on step 3 of the free account startup. However I've just tried again and it's worked this time so nevermind.
